WAIFS trainers are very kind and helpful. Especially Chef Jean Cheung, he is very patient and empathetic. He is very knowledgeable, adaptable, and passionate about teaching.Aside from that, all staff are kind and approachable.Thank you.

The college is so welcoming and accommodating from receptions to instructors. I love how the campus maintain their efficacy and determinations to keep the students ameliorate their learning. People are so friendly and nice. I finished Cert III in Dental Assisting earlier this year and it was an amazing experience with different people and backgrounds, and to always keep on eye for each others progress especially with the help of our instructors Rachael and Vilasha. They are amazing to keep us motivated and guide us along our journey as a Dental Assistant. The fees are flexible especially for the international student who plan to study in this institution, they will make sure that it will be going to be tabled properly to fit for every students.Overall this experience is amazing and I would definitely recommend this college to my friend who are planning to study here.

I have this coach in kitchen named Jean and Nash. They are truly qualifies as an effective trainer. they loves to teach us new things so that when we start working in the kitchen. He helps us with everything we need to succeed. Everyone knows they want us to succeed one day. He always goes above and beyond to instruct us.

I just want to share my fun and full of learning in my landing zone in Commercial Cookery with our very brilliant and understanding teacher Jean-Noel Cheung! We hope that teacher Jean-Noel Cheung will be our Kitchen Teacher to get more learning and fun class. He is so understanding and caring and makes us international students feel very comfortable and also understand and motivate us to be more responsible citizen one day in this beautiful country so make sir Jean-Noel Cheung our kitchen teacher. Completed my cert IV and diploma here, 10/10 for trainer Jean Noel, brilliant trainer, very helpful, friendly, supportive to the students and creative enough to make you feel confident with your studies. Reception needs attention they have no clue about process and not helpful at all with anything, if you call or reach out to receptionist you’re just going to waste your time, instead directly email to admission or student support team they are really helpful and responsive. Overall Highly recommend!!!

Done my dental assisting course in this institution. A big thumbs to the amazing Rachael Fernandes! You’re simply the best teacher I ever known. Her class was very useful and always patient with everyone. Highly recommend everyone who wants to learn dental course.

The Dental lecturers are THE BEST! They do so much effort to provide extra learning materials and they make time to ensure we understand our units and its content. I am so excited to start my second course! Admin departments need some improvement though.
