Such an amazing toy store with something for everyone. I love that it's locally owned and operated and stocks quality items that are different from the bigger stores. Ally and her staff always go above and beyond with their customer service and its just always such a pleasure to shop there. We are so lucky to have this store in Mackay.

Ros is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about toys. Very kind and very helpful. She really put in the efforts to make us feel welcomed. Ros took out her possum puppet and it made our little girl’s day. They have so many good toys. Worth a visit if you’ve never been here.

Let The Children Play Toyshop
You will recognize this place from the get go with the absolutely amazing giant Playmobil statue at the front..instantly you know that place will be amazing. The staff are literally aways wonderful and will make sure you leave in a better mood. You tell yourself you will go in there for a moment but come out an hour later and a bag in your hand at least and if you dont buy something the experience enough is amazing.

Don’t feel welcome when I took my kids to this shop. Not sure why the receptionist ignored my greeting when checked out. Got some good toys in the shop.
