Have always had decent measurements taken when asking for trousers to be taken up. All that happened here was a quick stand on a step, get pinned and decision made. Out of there in five minutes. As a consequence, five pairs of trousers taken up for $75 and they all need re-doing. Go elsewhere. Waste of money

Took a work jacket in to have the sleeves shortened and Velcro to the cuff to allow it to be tightened. They were very professional and came up with the idea for closing the cuff. I dropped it off mid morning on Tuesday and they were finished by mid afternoon Wednesday. Incredibly happy with their service and pricing would thoroughly recommend their business.

They have stolen a whole roll of white elastic from me. The sewing lady was very rude even though I had made an appointment the previous week.
