Me and my girlfriend did the 3 hour float, massage and sauna and I cannot recommend it enough! Great people who run it, owner is a legend, and it is a fantastic place to relax, reset, and recharge. 10/10

The man who owns the spa is so sweet and extremely good at what he does. The place was clean and instructions were given clearly. The massage was the best massage I’ve had, it left me feeling so free in my body and the float experience was really calming. Amazing! Amazing! Def go back and make it a regular thing!

I took my wife here for her birthday. It is rather well priced and the staff were very friendly and helpful when booking. It was easy to find and there was parking available out the front. From all reports the experience was 10/10 for the 1 hour float and 1 hour massage.

An incredible massage with Jason!I was apprehensive at first because often times day spa type places don't always have good massage practitioners. But Jason ok the other hand has massaged me like no other has before. The experience knowledge and technique I could not fault. I was in awe the entirety of the massage. My body has been aching for months with no improvement when I've sought help elsewhere. But I instantly feel incredible now like I didn't have ailments to begin with. Thank you so much .Staff were helpful and friendly. I booked through a banana lab gift card my friend bought me and I paid extra for time and cupping. Yes their prices are more than a standard cheaper Asian place but this is worth every penny I paid and I would be willing to go back and pay full price because I know that this session was better than physios, osteopaths and chiropractors I've seen.I saw some of the poor review's and it's a pity they've had a bad experience. I don't know if it was bad luck on the day or the customers were unpleasant themselves. I can only speak for myself to say that Jason plus one other person interstate are hands down the best masseuse I've ever had

I was nervous coming to this place as I had some worry about being in a float. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease with the whole experience. My partner and I both had massages, he thought his one was very good and so did I. Normally when I ask for the firm massage most people don't do it firm enough. I feel like most places assume they will hurt me as I am small built. But my massage at Innerverse Float was definitely the right pressure thoroughout. It relieved my tight muscles. I would come back here.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The floatation tank was great and the room and everything necessary was provided and a detailed explanation was given. The massage was also great and very professional. Definitely recommend the hotstones as an addition.Left the place in complete zen and it enjoyed a long deep sleep that night. Prices where also very reasonable plus you get free green tea and water as you wait.Only thing I would say is if you're a bit taller (over 62') you might find yourself hitting your head and feet as you float around. But it's honestly not a big deal and can be easily ignored. This was also my first time going so maybe after a few times I will be able to be more still."

Innerverse is an amazing centre with great facilities. I regularly go there for the infrared sauna which is really amazing and always feelTotally renewed and refreshed afterwards. The owner and all the staff are super friendly and accomodating and make you feel very welcomed. It's a great place to have around the cbd/south melb.
