No refund policy, the credit only valid for 6 month. very expensive compare with other Asian kitchenware. trade customer differently.

this place is great it has anything and everything as far as Asian cooking utensils this is where I've gotten the best wok I've ever owned and i think I'll be back soon for a tiger rice cooker.
