I was quoted a price for 2 men to complete minor bathroom fan & power points installation with a booking for 9-11am.Only one turned up and he arrived after 12pm. Consequently the job took twice as long as he clambered repeatedly up and down the roof pushing cabling through the wall etc. I was invoiced according to the time he took to complete the job. When I politely reminded DCN of the quoted 2 men and requested they revise the bill with that in mind, all I got back was another emailed copy of the original invoice with a few more bits of info about the number of c-clips used etc and an extra half hour added on the billed time. It was insulting and dismissive.I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
