Dynasty Nails Care

So today me and my friend went to get our nails done me a shellac and her and infill on her acrylics started off nice conversation with the lady then she started to cut all my length off my nails and thought I wanted acrylics too so I put it past me and continued wanted black on my nails and they substitute for a dark purple then after the colour was on didn’t bother me too much they filed my nails down and proceeded to slice in between my nail and finger as my nail length was too short, and on top of that my friend was getting her infill and they didn’t fit the drill properly causing it to grind in my friends finger and make her bleed and didn’t really care. Thought this was a nice place as first then the second time oh no way sorry not sorry

Unfortunately, we did make the mistake of getting our nails done here. 3 of us went to have pedicures and 2 of us manicures. Every single staff member was rude and abrupt. The 2 girls I went with have never had their nails done before and it was for her wedding so pretty important.... I wouldn't even care if they were just rude and their work was awesome but both were terrible.We didn't expect perfection. My pedicure was fine, I couldn't have cared less about mine. But the person getting married had cuts all over her fingers from the drill, and her French manicure had been filed off in spots whereThe staff member could see ut was rough so their was white missing everywhere along the edges. my friemd wouldn't have said anything had I not mentioned it. Her toes were really patchy... the woman explained it was the colour but we were mentioning literally areas of the nail near the cuticle area that had no colour what soever. Not to mention the rude chatter in another language that was obviously showing their frustration as they were rolling their eyes and aggressively chucking rubbish and gloves right beside us, do we not say anything and just pay for a terrible service? I've never even had a problem anywhere else. I've never even felt the need to write a review. Im pretty disgusted actually.One woman mentioned how its not possible to be perfect" well that's fair enough however we would have settled for decent which I struggle to even call the outcome."

As soon as you walk in it’s obvious that the place is dirty and unhygienic. I wanted my old acrylics taken off and new ones put on. When she was taking the old ones off she literally would pull them off (which hurt a lot might I add) then just throw them on the floor next to her. Didn’t even try to hide it. I tried to get past that and thought hm maybe she’s just doing that and she’ll clean straight after. Nope. I started to notice that there were other old acrylics on the ground too. Actually disgusting. I moved past that and the lady continued to put my new acrylics on, and hurt me countless times when buffing and filing them, so much so that I was trying to take deep breaths to push through the pain. Anyway, I wanted matte black colour on my nails and to be honest she did do an okay job, while they were a little bit longer than we agreed she did a great job at shaping them. Once we got to the end and she had painted them and was trying to get them dry, she noticed on two of my nails that it was starting to bubble so instead of taking the colour off entirely and just doing it again, she buffed over the colour and just slapped another coat on there. Whatever. I moved past it because even with the little weird patches I thought my nails still look good. This morning I had a shower and yeah, I’m pissed. The top coat of my nail is literally peeling off on multiple fingers, even the ones that looked fine to begin with. There’s also wet nail polish coming out on the sides of my nails on a few fingers. My partner told me to go back and get them to fix it for free but I refused- they will only do a terrible job again. So now I have to go to another nail salon on my only day off and pay for them to fix it.Do NOT recommend this place at all.

Today i went in and had a manicure and pedicure. My experience was horrible. They are really rough with your skin & always catch your fingers or toes where i flinched. My paint is streaky, there is black specks throughout my nails & they missed spots. definitely not worth $125

My friend got her nails taken off and they have cut through the nail and they kept trying to buff it. I don’t recommend going to this nail store. Then chargd her full price after injuring her.

Would not give this place 1 star.They’re Dy-NASTY! Just plain nasty.Hacked my fingers, had to redo everything 3 times and still couldn’t get it right then demanded full price. Easy job!!

They worst nail salon I’ve ever went to made my nails bleed and was just Raff don’t recommend

My sister and I had an absolutely horrible experience here, the staff were unwelcoming and rushed, when we were sat, my sisters nails were started by a man who had 3 other people surrounding him, we shortly discovered that he was an apprentice and and he had glued the false nails on incorrectly, another lady came over and tried to rip these off, and almost made my sister bleed, she also cut her finger with scissors and proceeded to laugh when my sister flinched, after her nails were more or less fixed and almost complete, my sister realized her nails were different shapes and when she politely asked for them to fix it the nail tech told her that they were fine and they just looked like that bc she had fat fingers, they then charged her $50 and when she left they chased her and made her pay another $10 after they had almost made her cry. The next morning her nails were peeling off and bubbling as they were not set properly. We will not be coming again.
