I had the unfortunate experience of my fish arriving dead; however, upon following their policy and speaking to the team at Sans Vertigo, we organised a second lot of fish to be sent through without further charge. They worked with me and listened to my suggestions on how to possibly successfully send my order through the mail from Melbourne to Sydney. Resultantly, all the fish arrived alive and well. Thank you so much for efforts team and I cannot wait to do business with you again in the future.
