RTL Trades

Charged me $601 to give me a quote for three items I asked for in my initial call that I needed fixed, they called it a 'roof report'. Was told in my initial call, they would silicon to stop the water ingress. I had to beg the them when they were onsite to do this, they said it wasn't on their worksheet. When I said I will call the office, they agreed to do it. Their quote $20,000 for the three items to be fixed, comparable quote $4,900 which I didn't get charged for by a reputable company to come out and give. Wrote a complaint to RTL Trades and was never responded to.

I needed help installing a knife rack on my tile splashback and reached out to multiple handy person services. While most took their time getting back to me, RTL Trades responded promptly with a quote and I was able to book the service right away. Their customer service was impressively quick and efficient, and I'll definitely be using them again just for that alone.Ted, a fully qualified carpenter from RTL Trades, was the one who came to install the knife rack, and he did an excellent job. I must say, Ted's skills as a carpenter were evident in the quality of his work. The knife rack is securely installed and looks great. Thanks a bunch, Ted!

Kris and Callum came at 7.30am and installed two replacement smoke alarms in approximately half an hour. Quoted $165 over the phone but only charged us $150. We don't see that very often these days. Kris (the marketing manager :0) and Callum (the worker bee) were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use them in the future......

Luke and Ben removed my old dishwasher and installed the newly purchased dishwasher. I was absolutely delighted with the service. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and tidy. I especially loved that once the dishwasher was installed and tested, they took away the old machine and all of the packaging. The most difficult aspect of this process for me was booking the time in.Many thanks again, I would be happy to recommended RTL to my friends.

Highly recommend RTL! After almost two years of back and forth with our property manager, using another maintenance company they hired to get two kitchen draws fixed. Our real estate, after our request, reinstated the job to RTL and they had this fixed in a few days. Ash that did the Job was an absolute legend! Didn't want us to wait any longer to get this resolved after finding out it was weeks for parts and made new draws over the weekend to help us out. He came when he said he was going to come, communicated, and genuinely cared about his work.

RTL were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The love ladies in the office arranged to fix my delamere with fuss or hesitation!The tradesman came spot on time and carried out the repairs to the utmost highest quality and left the area spotless on departure! RTL Trades are my preferred supplier at the Aged Care company I work for. They are without a doubt one of the best communicators when it comes to contractors, consistently going above and beyond and impressing all our maintenance officers, residential facility managers & staff at every site. I know when I text, call or email I will have a response nearly immediately and know that they will do everything in their power to get the job done, efficiently, quickly & professionally. It is rare to get a contractor who is able to present in a professional manner, be competitive with pricing, be respectful in an operational setting & provide such high quality work, but RTL Trades manage to do so, and for that are exemplars in their field. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Recently had a disaster with a burst flexi hose under the bathroom sink! RTL were onsite quickly and replaced the hose in no time - they also checked the other hoses onsite to ensure all were in good working order and not in danger of bursting. I would highly recommend this company for their speedy attendance and efficiency in getting issues sorted!
