I have known John for about 2 and a half years. We rented through him. It was a very smooth ride all through our tenancy. John is very professional, understanding, trustworthy and true to his words. He knows his job and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the services of a real estate agent. Hoping our paths cross again sometimes in the future. Absolutely atrocious. Incompetent to the max. Agree with Crash Tackle review, do not trust him nor believe a word he says. Record and document everything! Better still, find a reputable agent. He doesn’t even understand what the rules/laws are about property management. Little wonder he’s a one man band. Give him one star cos it won’t let us do zero stars.

Jb real estate gave me the opportunity that no other property manager did when they had the chance to see not only for themselves but also the opportunity to show others and myself and learn for myself too what sort of tenant i will not only be but the homemaker i have become today, and i must say i really am proud of myself truly. After looking for a simple single living property for 8 months i am truly disgusted in myself that i did not find jb real estate sooner. One person was all it took and should have taken in the very first place to give just one person a chance to be a tenant for the very first time and see for themselves what it is like to live in their first new home in their adulthood. That one person was jb real estate and i moved into my first home out of my childhood home in less than one week. Winter is arrrving soon and this new home of mine is making me feel like its the first day of spring.
