A week after purchasing my domain Ideleted by mistake, 20 minutes later I managed to talk to someone that promised me the domain was restored and I didn't have to pay for an additional 2-year payment would only take 2/4 hrs to restore. Long story short, they never renewed and starting from email and online chatting they have wasted my time for 3 weeks... they say it is with the account team but no answer I would consider a different option if I could go back.

Absolutely terrible after sale support. Tried to cancel my products and services via call and they no longer have that information. However, they continued to withdraw from PayPal. DO NOT USE CRAZY DOMAINS. Read all the reviews. Just like many, fake promises and they take your money. Only offering e-money as compensation. Scammers!

Poor communication and tech skills. Paid additional funds to manage an upgrade to my email hosting. It took 4 weeks then they did it mid week without warning. Shutting our business down and losing 24hrs of email orders and important documents. Would advise finding another company

Have used Crazy Domains for over 10 years to register and host multiple domains. They were great until recently when they have started auto applying web builder to one of my registered sites at a charge of over $200/year. Complained but they won't refund which is a blatant cash grab when no service has been provided. I fear they have grown too big and bureaucratic like the US hosting companies.

Live chat used to scare me! But I am so lucky that Crazy Domains live chat has saved me many times now. I am the furthest thing from tech savvy and whenever I am asked to enter information to link websites and email I clam up! So grateful to have the on call help - but also have people who understand what I need help with and deal with it swiftly. Always helpful and supportive!

There is an issue with a domain we secured through Crazy Domains and as result we have been unable to launch our new website on time. I have been chasing the support team consistently for three days with no resolution and no update of any real substance provided. To be constantly told we are waiting on an update from the developers when the issue is so urgent is infuriating.We have multiple domains with Crazy Domains and are now considering moving to another provider.

I don’t leave negative reviews so this review on Crazy Domains says something.I requested to cancel & refund an email hosting product as it was not user friendly for staff with needs in my business. I received a response from an Andrew Canque of Crazy Domains who offered a series of options including a Crazy Domains credit option. The offer in the email was valid for 30 days. I responded well within the 30 day period and received an automated email saying the case had been closed.After sending two additional emails I received the same automated email with no response from the Crazy Domains team. To my knowledge, this violates Australian Consumer Law where promises or guarantees stipulated by the business (ie Crazy Domains) have not been met.Will be pursuing this further with Consumer Affairs since all I’m receiving is radio silence.Once my other products expire with Crazy Domains, I’ll be moving them all over to another provider.Disappointed to say the least. Disgusted with the customer service & integrity of Crazy Domains would be a more appropriate description.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 star.I was trying to renew my hosting but person (Philip Quino who was very aggressive and behaving as bully) wanted to charge me double what they charge new customers. Shocking customer service. I was told that if I don't want to pay that amount I will loose my customers because they will not be able to contact me. Than I was contacted by Von D. who told me that is going to do something about it in day or two ( and that was week ago). Complete waist of time. Be aware if you are new customer.CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST WITH CRAZY DOMAINS!

CrazyDomains support feels just like talking to Telstra. If your website represents significant revenue for your business, do not trust CrazyDomains with it!6 days and counting, I'm still getting asked for screenshots that I've already sent, being asked for details I've already provided and being asked to perform tasks that aren't possible due to the error that I've been trying to resolve since day 1.Their interface broke on day one, rendering the entire service unusable until support looks into it. Going by the messages I'm receiving from support, nobody has actually taken a closer look yet. They're still asking for screenshots of the error (which had already been provided). It's the email equivalent of getting transferred to a new support person on the phone and getting how can I help you today?" after you just explained the problem to three other people."
