Ewide Digital - Onsite Large Format Printer Service

My Epson A2 printer needed repair and service. Ewide Digital came to my rescue and gave a professional and efficient service at my studio in The Southern Highlands. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other businesses.

We used Ewide for the first time to come out and get an old large format printer going after many years in storage. Mato went above and beyond, sourced reconditioned parts for a fraction of the cost of new parts and wouldn't give up until he had the old machine running like it was new. We can't thank Mato enough for his dedication and perseverance, we were frightened to get the invoice after so many trips and the hours he spent on the machine, it was such a welcome and pleasant surprise when we received his invoice, he was so generous with his time and he really looked after us as a small business. We really can't recommend Ewide enough! They are brilliant.

Ewide Digital saved me $1500 !My Epson 4900 had been working quite happily for a number of years even though it had not been serviced since new. Yikes! Sure, I got the broken print test lines now and then, but a nozzle clean - and sometimes a Power Clean fixed that. Until one day no Yellow lines at all. Nada, Zip. Just a blank space. Oh oh.Kayell’s recommendation - Ewide Digital. Too late to get out to me today, but is tomorrow OK? Worst case scenario would require a new print head. A grand, plus labour! Yikes again. Don’t worry I’m told, lets do a service and run a Recovery Procedure on the yellow nozzle.Next day, full service done (Recovery Procedure at no extra cost), moment of truth, test pattern - is Yellow there? Yep, sure is. No new print head required!And a word of advice from Ewide Digital - annual servicing wouldn’t be a bad idea.

The technician was prompt, the quote for the repairs was accurate and he stayed till I had done a number of test prints to make sure the repair was completed. Ewide Digital are very thorough, they are prompt and reasonably priced. So glad to have found them to keep my printer running in top form.
