Shirt service of very poor quality, business shirt collars were pressed as if casual shirts. When I complained the grey haired owner/manager was exceptionally unpleasant.

WOW, not well treated at all when asked for a price list. A shame as I would use constantly.

PSA - completely ruined a new designer dress and will not take any responsibility or compensate. Staff very rudeI purchased a dress and wore it once to a wedding (dress was brand new, no damage). The dress was inspected when I handed it in, I was charged a premium due to some of the dress detail and told it would take longer than usual. The lady that served me was particularly unpleasant but I put it down to being a busy Saturday.Received a phone call during the following week saying that I had to come into the dry cleaner to view the dress as there were issues with it. I explained that I worked full time and it would be difficult but would I try, could they please explain the issue over the phone (which they refused to do).On Saturday, I went into the store where I was told to wait whilst other customers who arrived subsequently were served before me. Eventually, someone came out and showed me the damage on the dress – multiple black stains on the back and front, a pull in the front, and the texture of the dress was completely changed (as if it had been washed or treated).The staff member then tried to explain that this was my fault because of something that was on the dress (which they failed to identify when they quoted me) and that they could attempt to fix it but could not guarantee the black marks would come out but that I would have to sign off that I accepted they had no responsibility if the stains didn’t come out.I looked at the dress and it was clear from the now rough fabric texture of my dress was now that they had already tried to remove the stain unsuccessfully because there and there was a pull in the fabric in the front of the dress that was not there previously - as if it had not been treated with care (I suspect this would be from when they tried and failed to remove the stains. I had never washed the dress (only worn for a few hours one evening) so I new this was not the originail condition of the dress. I declined to sign off so as not to put myself at risk of not being compensated by the damage caused.The staff were particularly rude and accusatory - I told them they would have to pay for the dress (I had a receipt and the dress was new so it was still in stock). Staff members raised their voice and spoke over me whilst I asked to speak to a manager. This was captured in video footage.They refused to pay for the dress and said there was nothing I could do and that I would have to come back and speak to the manager. I returned again the following Friday. The Manager was not in (and had made absolutely no attempt to contact me during the week). I was not offered an apology at any stage.I am in complete disbelief that:a) they had ruined an expensive dress I had worn once. I handed it in perfect condition and the dress was inspected in front of meb) that they could be so rude to customers – even an apology would have gone a long wayc) that they made no attempt to remedy the situation (the stains were never coming out and getting me to sign off on another attempt to clean the dress was clearly an attempt to absolve themselves of the original damage caused to my dress.I just want to save anyone else from this very disappointing experience.

I paid twice for my suit because a staf named Debbi made a mistake but she was refused to give my money back and asked me to fix it by calling my bank, she didn't even apologize for her mistake, no manners at all. Very disappointing service and very unprofessional !!!

Disgusting dry cleaners! Have used them twice and both times the clothes came back looking really drab and worse than before. I took a fairly new, quality polo shirt to get cleaned and it came back looking 10 years old! And the women are so abrupt and rude.Don’t go here!!

One of the best dry cleaners! They literally saved my life and my pants came back brand new. Recommend to everyone!

Absolutely appalled when I received my jeans back. have never seen such a careless and unprofessional job done in my life. Do not go here. When I raised my concerns with the POOR quality of work the ladies at the front counter acted like they didn’t see what the issue was and I had to come back to see the “seamstress”.A 4 year old would have done a better job.
