The effects of this consult has done more harm than good! The nutritionist didn’t obtain a detailed history, merely jumped into diagnosing me. The nutritionist provided hurtful advice and all subsequent contact has been dealt poorly and unprofessionally. I would not recommend Oncore nutrition to anyone! The interactions with Oncore nutrition has scared me for life!

Excellent experience and they are very helpful and willing. I have been following Elise & Lauren's journey since 2019 and I highly recommend them. Thank you Elise & Lauren, your work is amazing!

I saw the dieticians at Oncore Nutrition and they were fantastic and helpful. Once I’d finished my two consultations is when I encountered Elise. I apologise for the length of this review, but I believe it is important that people know of my experience with Elise.Two weeks prior to my first appointment I contacted Oncore Nutrition and passed on my healthcare providers details (I’m covered by my work) to make sure everything would go smoothly. They confirmed they had everything they needed and there would be no problem.After my appointments, I began to receive correspondence from Elise in the form of phone calls and emails. I answered all phone calls and responded to all her emails requesting me to pay for my appointments and explained I had already passed on my healthcare provider details previously but I was happy to do so again. She continued to contact me and request that I pay immediately, then seek reimbursement from my healthcare provider. I told her that we are specifically told not to do this by our provider, as that is not how the system works and we would not be reimbursed if we did this. I explained that if they sent the invoice of the consultation my provider using the details I had previously supplied, they would be paid by them with no problems. I could not do it for them, as the provider would not pay me to then pay them. It had to be organized directly through the two businesses.She refused to accept this and began to be quite rude and antagonistic towards me. I explained in our first conversation that I had mental health conditions and could not cope well in such situations, which was part of why I was seeing their business. Elise dismissed this with “I’m sure you understand we help people with mental health problems all the time, which is why we require you to pay us now” and continued to press for me to pay her over the phone despite my explanation as to why I could not.I continually contacted my healthcare provider to try and sort out the issue, where they repeatedly reaffirmed that I was not to pay as I would not be reimbursed, and they were waiting on information from Oncore Nutrition. They tried to contact Oncore but were never able to get a hold of Elise. Despite the many hours I spent on the phone to my provider, Elise continued to contact me demanding I pay and continued with her antagonistic behavior. She began to send emails to my place of work, CC’ing me into them while belittling me to my peers despite all my attempts to resolve the situation and her knowledge of my mental health conditions. My psychiatrist and psychologist both offered to write letters and advised me to cease contact, and allow the process to run its course. I refrained from this as I wanted it all to stop, in hindsight a poor choice on my behalf.Elise began to threaten me with debt collectors even though the debt was not against me, but against my provider. I had answered all of her calls and responded to all of her emails no matter how condescending or intentionally belittling, but Elise still refused to accept that there was any other option then for her to continually attack me in any way she could think of. The outcome was that my provider did pay for the consultations, once they received the information they were waiting on from Oncore Nutrition weeks after this all began. Elise is the single worst experience I have ever had with anyone from a business perspective, and I advise everyone to do anything they can to avoid encountering her.
