Never Again !I had the worst massage I could have asked. It was more a tighten up massage than a relax one. I asked the lady to be focus on my shoulder/neck/back and one of my leg. She gets focus on my shoulders and it was very painful how she massaged it. Basically the pinched my shoulder and press were all the pain was - it is painful and not relaxing. She did not spend much time on the rest of my back which was the main request for me. She then “massaged” my legs, but again not really a massage, there were no gentle. With her elbow, she is pressing on my body, which is create more pain than relaxing. My body was constantly contracting. I did not relax at all and get out with more pain than I entered the place. I write it down this today, because I woke up with a lot of pain and my body feel like I did sports for hours. All the area she “massaged” are painful. However I also did the floating session, and it was a good experience, very relaxing, welcoming.

Have been to Rest House now on many occasions and with every sessionI leave with a sense of caIm, the ambience is something else! There are so many reasons to keep returning as they have so many services available under one roof; float tanks, sauna, massage and compression therapy and all the amenities too; a great facility!

Beautiful team of people, and amazing facilities. They truly care about the customer and make the experience a memorable one. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great first experience, very relaxing and great staff and facilities. I found it hard to get out of my own head and fully relax but ended up drifting off close to the end. Will definitely be back to give it another go!

Just came in for a massage, Carla the masseuse really know what’s she doing. Very relaxing and will 100% be coming back. Really relaxing and my body feels great! 10/10

I go to the resthouse when my body is telling me I need to unwind and relax.I usually book in for a massage and a float. These two hours are heavenly.Carla is a great masseuse, targeting problem areas and i always come out feeling relaxed, rejuvenate, restored and realigned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for some R&R

This is my favourite one stop shop for all things relaxation. The team at Rest house is always welcoming and friendly which makes the experience even better. The new additions such as massage, infrared sauna and compression therapy are a busy mums dream. It's my favourite quiet place away from the crazy day to day grind. Highly recommend!

Whenever I need a boost or a touch of self care I head straight to Rest House. It's incredible every time and I always feel recharged and invigorated after a visit. I can honestly say Carla is the best massage therapist I have ever come across. As a former spa manager who used to regularly skill test and hire therapists for the facility I worked in, I've experienced a massage or two, and Carla is really something special. Her technique is flawless, she really tailors her treatments to the needs of her clients and her manner makes you feel completely nurtured, welcome and at ease. Cannot recommend Rest House highly enough!

I had my first float here just after the opening and had the most wonderful (and very eye opening) experience. It is my go-to wind down. Marina is so lovely.I have been going on and off ever since, and recommended to friends, colleagues, family and patients/their carers at work.Floating here also made me seek out float therapy when living in Paris.Great what you have down with the new additions and renovations!Had 2 floats in the past month.
