Great service as always by Simon and Cameron .Can’t speak highly enough about this company, always helpful to us and punctual,they have been looking after our computers for many years and have just completed a new installation for David and I after lightning strike to our system whilst we were overseas. Rang in Wednesday, computer picked up in under an hour,couldn’t be repaired, new setup completed and installed on Friday, they really know their stuff!! Thanks guys.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would. Simon and his associates are experts on all things IT and their customer service is absolutely AMAZING! I have been to Gladesville computers for both issues with a previously owned PC and custom building my own and both times Simon went well above and beyond to help solving my computer problems; they completely exceeded my expectations! Seriously fantastic service, fantastic knowledge, fantastic prices, fantastic people! I highly recommend Gladesville Computers for all things IT!

The best service possible on my old MacBook pro, I have ever found. Simon is a Star, he has everything you can expect to rescue your laptop in less than 24hours. This is just fantastic.Firstly, Simon tries to identify, issues and potential solutions. This is not the place charging you to just enter. You are heard, first. SO GOOD !Secondly, you choose your best solution adjusted to your constraints and finally Simon does his magic great job with attention, care and high speed.Can not recommend this place enoughThank you so much Simon !

Simon identified the issues immediately and gave me a quote and time frame for the fix, service was very welcoming and friendly. I've gone to other repair shops for the same issues and the quality of service and price is incomparable. I will definitely return in future and fully recommend them

Cameron and Simon are outstanding!!I had an issue with a laptop dying and not charging at all, and they were able to health check all the relevant parts and resurrect it same-day.I found them both to be very friendly, honest and open, and the pricing was amazing- I'd give them 6 stars if it were possible as they exceeded my expectations.I cannot recommend Gladesville Computers enough, and if there are any further issues in future i know where i will be headed for help.

Very happy with the service, the time, the conveniences and the price they offered when I needed urgently to set up my new computer to work from home as the old one was crashed. So easy to deal with them. Much appreciated to the manager and the team that has made this happen. Highly recommended!
