Based on the other reviews here, I picked The Pepper Pot as my target to obtain a new soup pot. Well, all expectations aside, the staff were amazingly helpful and courteous; the store was toasty and warm, in both atmosphere and actual heat on this chilly day; and the range of products incredible.I only wanted a soup pot, but wound up spotting half a dozen things that I literally needed" and couldn't leave the store without. If you enjoy cooking this is a delightfully "dangerous" place to shop at (trust me

Product range good, service hmmm ...There was one very professional and pleasant blonde sales person who asked me if l needed any assistance and as l was leaving again checked in to say a cheery farewell. She made up for the sales person who served me who was extremely disinterested.
