Tangled Hair Wollongong

Ash did a wonderful job on my hair! I have very long hair and asked to only get a small trim but still have it look neat again. I was a bit afraid of getting it cut too short but I got exactly what I wanted! I got a wash and a nice blow dry too and I felt like a model for the rest of the day. Would recommend!

I got my haircut by Shannon yesterday and it was absolutely perfect! The wash was so relaxing, my cut is exactly like I'd hoped and she styled it just the way I like it. I left feeling fresh and really good about myself. Plus she was just so lovely and kind, I wanted to relax while I got my hair done and I feel like she just knew without me even saying it! It was so nice and I can't wait for my next appointment with her :)

I went to Tangled for the first time ever this week and was blown away by the exceptional service given to me as a new customer. It was my first time ever getting a cut and colour at a salon as I normally would go to a barber for a cut only. I was welcomed and sat as soon as I walked in the door and offered a wide array of hot and cold beverages (which I did not expect for a hair salon). Hayden the senior hairstylist who I was booked in with did an amazing job at listening and understanding the ideas I was after and went above and beyond to do this. The salon has a bright vibrant vibe to it, perched on the second level of a very central location within Wollongong it was very easy to get to.I would highly recommend this salon and all of its employees to anyone needing something done to their hair.The hair wash and head massage after treatment was one of the best I've ever had. 10/10 to the guys and girls that work in this salon.

I had a fantastic experience this morning at Tangled with Hayden! I felt so comfortable and looked after, he really listened to what I wanted without judgement, and my haircut is exactly what I was hoping for. Already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!!

Absolutely love Tangled and their staff. Marnie is absolutely fabulous and always goes above and beyond, I am consistently impressed with my colour each time I visit. A big thank you to the other ladies, especially Ash and Georgia - also fantastic at what they do. Beyond five stars!

My first time getting balayage from this salon 5 months ago still looks great! Perfect colour that lasts. Will be returning.
