⚠️ If you're looking for a vet for your bird, GO NOW. Birds hide their illness until they're too sick to be able to, and quickly progress from 'visible symptoms' to 'death' in a span of hours.Went there for the avian vet (Dr Mathew Grabovszky) just for a general checkup for my green cheek parakeet and my partner's rainbow lorikeet. Cannot overstate how 'worth it' it was to visit an avian vet over a general vet, and Mat in particular was so awesome; he clearly has a love for birds and is very thorough and methodical with his checkup. About $88 per bird for a short consult, which we both felt it was very fairHad a small mixup with our appointment details and 'patient' info over the phone; not sure how it happened because I went over it and double checked they got everything right. Mat was understanding and fixed the errors on the day, and the reception staff was otherwise really lovely and helpful

I have been taking my puppy there since I got her. They are so caring and she never gets scared of going she actually gets excited!

We have recently moved into this area and have had to take both our dogs to Pacific Vetcare Sawtell on separate occasionsThe Staff and Vets are so Professional, friendly and very caring.They actually take a real interest in each pet and deliver excellent service!We couldn’t be happier to have Pacific Vetcare as our ongoing Vet practice!

Recently my dog suffered a ruptured ACL which I bought to the vet's attention during her annual check up. After trying anti inflammatory medication it was determined that she would require surgery. Dr Alan Hudson at Harbour drive clinic performed the procedure. His work is second to none, my dog has healed extremely well (beyond my expectations) and is well on the road to full recovery in less time than anticipated.The amazing service received from my initial phone call for appointment all the way through to post surgery care is somewhat of a rarity this day and age.I would HIGHLY recommend PVC to any pet owner looking for optimal health care for their animals.

I have a beautiful budgie who I take to Pacific Vetcare. They have an avian specialist. All staff are courteous, friendly and professional.

Kristy has to be the best vet I have ever taken my pets to. Super invested in the healthcare and wellbeing of animals. The clinic is also well laid out and staff are all lovely.

Excellent staff, always, very kind, friendly and always very helpful. When bad things happened with my beloved pets they treated me with dignity, respect and lots of love and compassion. I am now a customer who will only use them.. big love guys ❤️

Not happy with them as a vet,it's still the vet I'm using at this time, but not for long, I feel like it's pressure from them,adding to peoples worries . We have been taking our dogs there because it's convenient, only round the corner. I'm sorry I'm not giving this a five star, must be honest with whoever is reading this. Give them a try or not ?!?!?Kind regards Gina....

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Really great vet Julia is fantastic our 3 year old Kelpie loves her and really enjoys it there. Very reasonable prices for such amazing service.
