My hair turned out completely what I asked for. I showed a reference picture, was first asked what if different from my hair to the reference, which was a rude way to ask ans my hair was completely different from the reference picture. My appointment was at 12:30 and didn't start till 1. When I brought this up to the hair dresser about how my hair was completely different, she said that I should wash it myself and it will look the same. Not correct, I asked for multiple face framing highlights and highlights throughout the hair. Not done. Big waste of my money

I had the best day at in touch and I can’t recommend Amanda Harvey more highly! She was sooo lovely and chatty and really really good at her job! My blonde is SEAMLESS and she must have telepathy because my hair cut is exactly I wanted even though I didn’t even know what I wanted! The salon is so light and gorgeous m, smells amazing and jsut great vibes all round. I’ll be back FOR SURE!

I’ve been coming here for years now and they never disappoint. Amanda and her team are lovely and amazing at what they do! I recently booked in with Lara, and it was the best money I’ve ever spent - as it always is coming here! Best head massage I’ve ever had, and my hair looks and feels great. It’s exactly how I imagined it to be. The hair products they use here must be some of the best quality too… Highly recommend!!

An absolutely stellar salon! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They only have the most experienced and talented stylists. Amanda H is a standout for her professionalism, attention to detail and personal touch. She takes great pride in her work and leaves you feeling confident and beautiful.The salon provides massage chairs, head massage and a drinks menu which is a nice touch, setting them above the rest.

Could not recommend In touch hair highly enough. I have been visiting for many years now, and I even travelled from Sydney to get a hair cut because the salon is friendly, professional and a relaxing experience. I also chose In touch for my wedding in Jan this year. Amanda listened to my brief and created beautiful hair styles on not only myself but also 5 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls. If you’re looking for a real treat when having your hair done, look no further than in touch!

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured here for years. The salon is clean and super contemporary.I love Amanda and her team, they always make you feel so welcome and special. The added speciality for me is a bubbles while I sit and wait for my foils to develop ;) highly recommended x
