Pleased to have a service and genuine focused store opened in Dee Why. Doesn't matter who you meet here, they are top people in every aspect. They sold me phone stand, good price and turned out, exactly how it was explained.Second time, I got my screen replaced. Now I am keen to buy my cover and other accessories here vs online.

I had my screen fixed and when I realized that auto brightness was not working anymore I came back and asked them to fix it. They said it was not working anymore because when I got my screen fixed before “it was not transferred to the screen”, even though it worked on the broken screen before?Then when they tried fixing it, my FaceID wasn’t working anymore after, which they said can happen but never mentioned it before doing anything. They also said it was an original screen they’d put back on, which would not be glued on but just click in. Now, 4 months later my screen is coming off the phone line the previous screen, my auto brightness and my FaceID is not working. Wasted my money instead of buying a new phone.The guys were nice and all, but in the end all I got was a more messed up phone, wouldn’t recommend unless you ask questions and make sure nothing like this can happen and if it does you’re insured for them to cover the damage.

Took my phone in to have the charging port report repaired and was told it would be done on the same afternoon. Ended up taking 4 days, when I finally received the phone, it would no longer accept a sim card. I was constantly told the phone would be ready and it never was as they couldn't repair the damage they had caused. DO NOT GO HERE!
