Worst customer service. Rude and aggressive! He literally yelled at me for asking a question about a product in store. Definitely won't be back here.

About a month ago, I went to purchase a Villeroy and boch evana basin. Lesley (Lee) who normally works at their other shop was so friendly and thorough. While I wanted for stock confirmation from their warehouse, Lee handled a disgruntled customer who wanted next to nothing for a display item. It was disappointing seeing how he was treated, however he handled her demands exceptionally well. As a family owned business I met with Ken - Lee and Michael's dad at the warehouse, he was super efficient and absolutely lovely. Their customer service was excellent!!!

Customer service absolutely shocking, the customer representative in his 30's with black hair and a shade of grey, very very rude and blunt. I tried speaking to him on the phone was unhelpful. When coming into the store I asked about doing an exchange of a mirror purchase and was told to go look for one myself instead of showing me around. He had a very aggressive and condensing tone. When I had chosen mirror he did not offer to help transport it into my vehicle and was very hesitant and unfriendly when asked. When buying an item there is a 20% restocking fee if you want a refund. They basically want you in and out of the store and want nothing to do with you if you want to return and exchange. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND anyone go to this place, the products are average and the customer service is disgusting.

We recently brought all 2 bathrooms and toilet accessories from VK bathroom at Springvale. We had the best service experiences because of the advice received, it was invaluable to have. Nothing is too difficult, we were able to exchange toilet unit with no issue and was able to source and deliver new toilet within 2 days. A very happy customer :), many thanks Michael.

We bought all bathroom stuffs from VK bathroom. Michael provided very good customer service with honest suggestions. He was also very patience with all our queries and prices are great too.After sales service is excellent too. We told Michael the Led mirror was cracked after we opened it from the box. Eventhough the shop was closed during xmas and new year, I was able to get a replacement from their warehouse on new year eve with no hassle at all.

My mum orders bathroom equipment from here and there was severe delay in delivery (around 10 weeks) without any heads-up from the store. When she requests for support (i.e. replacement product) she was not offered much customer support.

Specialists in bathroom supplies. Wide range and competitive prices. Good customer service too...particularly Micheal for his assistance for us to select the stuff we wanted for bathroom reno work.

He only refunded me for one.” I actually did not want to buy bidets, only needed the SPRAY but he provoked me to buy and advised me it works the installation is easy he also said I can return if it does not work ( he sold me the missing part at the time of purchase”.
