I've only seen Ben once for trouble with my knee and hip but the exercises he gave me are working alright. Ben is so easy to talk to &listens to everything you have to say. I highly recommend him

The reason I went there first was that Ben was the son of a long time family friend!BUTThe reason I will keep going is that he is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, skilful & engaged with my own issue (even to the point of addressing another physical limitation I had in order to help me better work on recovery for the current injury!)They let you know “We are working on this together”.I will be back.Thanks Ben

I contacted Ben at Brightside on Monday morning regarding experiencing pain in my right shoulder. I attended the practice at midday and Ben went to work sorting out the cause of the problem. After an hours consultation and treatment I felt confident that I had made the right decision. On Tuesday, I was certain as the shoulder pain had lessened considerably, and now on Wednesday my pain has almost gone. I know that with follow up treatments and advise from Ben, that the problem will not return.My sincere thanks to Ben and his staff.

Outstanding. Helen took my wife on short notice on a Saturday. She thought that the problem was not something she could do something about - so she organised an appointment for an x-ray, just before they closed for the weekend. She followed up on the results, and has co tinted to monitor, even though it's no longer a physio's domain - it's a medical issue.She had a very caring manner as well as providing appropriate care.

Not easy to go to a stranger for medical treatment, but Ben was such a calm soul and took time to explain things clearly that the whole experience was excellent. Would highly recommend him to anybody who requires a Physiotherapist.

I suffer chronic pain from a sporting injury and have had two major surgeries. No other physio has been able to really help me with the recovery except Ben. He thinks outside the box with rehab and is always encouraging me to keep up my strength training. I highly recommend Ben!

I have been unable to go for walks (even 15 mins) without immense lower back pain. I have been seeing Ben for a few weeks now and I've started walking pain-free for the first time in a long time. Super grateful for his expertise, care and help. Highly recommend.Also, if you're in need of a really good remedial massage, definitely see Emma. I learnt that you don't have to be in immense pain during remedial massage to get the benefits and my leg swelling/pain is almost gone!

I have had 7 knee operations & Ben was the first physio that I have ever seen that totally understood every operation I had done & why those operations were performed. On my first visit I walked out of his rooms feeling very confident in achieving my goals of being able to walk & function more normally which I haven’t done in many many years. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

OMG the one get your body fixed stop!Ben is the most wholistic physiotherapist I’ve seen in YEARS! He has helped me with a stiff back that I’ve been trying to fix with other physics for years AND after a recent ankle re-injury, got me back walking in speedy Gonzales time!Combine Ben’s physio with regular maintenance massage with incredible Emma (who also works with the Knights and Jets), and your body is a well oiled working machine!The teamwork of this organisation, their care for overall well-being is second to none!Do yourself a favour, and book in!Actually, no. Don’t. Because I want to be selfish and have them all to myself! :D
