Rude and don't know how to talk[reply to owner] What's sad is that you didn't feel the need to apologise (when I clearly pointed out that I didn't like your tone) until I expressed my disappointment online. A good customer service shouldn't wait for a war of words on Google. And I am further disappointed by your accusation of giving you multiple reviews. Well, I don't have words for that. Next time, express in words the features of the products you are selling in a friendly body language rather than today's body language and tone of voice. I would be then more than happy to change the review but customer service should reflect my feelings as a customer and not what the shop owner feels.[Reply to owner] You have proven my point by replying again online. I don't think you apologised but sure you can write whatever online, no-body is judging. I have given business to this shop multiple times, but it is so disappointing to be accused the way you are doing apart from today's incident. A non-defensive apology may have made me edit my review to a 5-star but clearly you aren't bothered about that. If you had just accepted this review then why the war of worlds? Anyways, good luck. I don't feel the need to reply any further on this matter.Do whatever you want, fly all accusations etc. Guess getting bad reviews removed and being courteous is easier than doing the actual" customer service."
