I was shopping at petbarn caringbah this evening in preparation for our new puppy and the lady who served me had the most amazing customer service and I just wanted to make sure that proper appreciation was given as she made my night and was super super super helpful!She was honestly great, I cannot wait to go back and hopefully have the please of having her help and service again as she was a joy!Her name was Pony (sorry if that’s not the right spelling) but she was fantastic really made the whole experience 100000x better.

I bought two new toys on sale at 2 for $20.00. One lasted 30 minute's (the green hairy monkey) and the stuffing went every where immediately.The toucan lasted two days and this time I will sew it up myself as the Manager was a bit hesitant about letting me return it the second time if I needed to. So far the new one is OK.

Francis at the Taren Point store could not have been more helpful today when looking for supplies for 2 small dogs. Wonderful friendly service. Huge range of dog supplies.

Customer service was particularly good. Store met online prices. Cashier lady assisted with finding if dog food cans were in trays at the back. Unfortunately not but provided a box for cans to be taken off shelves. She needed assistance from her manager due to tech issues but all was resolved with ease. Great work petbarn.Always take my GR here for nail clip and tidy, they do an excellent job. Very professional.

Great staff & facilities. Greencross vet and dog wash inside. A little bit pricey and not forthcoming with any deals or prices. Have to get a staff member to walk around with you to discover prices on some items.
