I can’t thank Design & Tile enough for the help he provided most recently. I approached them regarding an issue I was having at whose at fault for sealant wear in an apartment and they were nothing but helpful.. Not only they told me why the problem is occurring, they gave me solutions in removing it (that wouldn’t cost my owners an arm and a leg) and someone who could then Reseal it for us after it was stripped. As a real estate agent it’s sometimes hard to come by good people who are willing to help so I can’t recommend these guys enough!

It was a pleasant surprise to find this comprehensive and innovative display and the amazing service, knowledge and design suggestions.Hilton, the manager, runs a great business, we got served on a Saturday whereas at another nearby tile shop we stood around like store dummies.

Went here for our recent kitchen renovation and could not have had a better experience. The team listened to what we wanted, and took into consideration our limitations in terms of budget. They gave us so many options, and talked us through a whole lot of things that we hadn’t considered. They helped us every step of the way, extremely generous with their time and knowledge. Great customer service, superior product. Our kitchen looks like a million bucks. Have recommended to all of our friends.

Kylie was fantastic with her advice, customer assistance and ideas. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted and were extremely happy with the outcome based on the advice we received. However kylie's standards are not replicated in the support staff. We were told we would be kept updated on delivery etc, we were not. Delivery was over a month late for the final products. We were told we would be called before delivery so we could be home, we were not but luckily a plaster was wrapping up some work. Keep Kylie close for as long as you can, once you have to rely on subordinate staff the headaches will start.
