The Coffee Club Head Office

I am most dissatisfied with the quality of service provided at the Garden City Coffee Club premises.I refer to an incident that took place on Saturday this week (14th Nov). I had ordered my usual flat white coffee, extra hot, but when it turned up it was tepid, not hot, and flat (very like a cup of Nescafe instant). No big deal, things can go wrong, anyway I thought it best that I bring this problem to your attention.I approached the young staff member at the cash register and made my complaint whereupon she looked across at the older (senior) staff lady who, presumably was the Barista for the day. They both displayed no interest in my complaint and as I walked away, I looked back and they were smirking!!I have been a regular customer of the Garden City outlet for many years and a Coffee Club member and as such I am completely disappointed with the unprofessional, dismissive, unmannerly reaction I received upon making an honest complaint.The Coffee Club brand, as I’m sure you know, is all about “coffee” therefore I would suggest the Barista definitely needs more lessons. Furthermore, the staff need some training in basic customer relations and MANNERS.

Bunbury Centerpoint coffee club has ripped me off on my online delivery. When you try to call the numbers provided online they are all disconnected. Worst business ever. Centerpoint manager was unwilling to even assist.

Very disappointed with my order I placed on Uber Eats today. Incomplete order and when I tried ringing store, no one would answer. Order was over $50 and a mess, warm burger minus add ons. No chips. Salad had no dressing and everything looked like it had been thrown together. Presentation was disappointing.

The coffee club in Westpoint Shopping Center, in Blacktown has basically ripped me off and stolen my money for extremely poor customer service and awful, cold and rubbery tasting breakfast that was way overpriced at $22. The coffee was also bitter and tasted of burnt milk. Never again!

When the owner / manager of the Wagga Market Place Coffee Club is on the Coffee Machine the standard of the coffee is disgusting, well below the standard expected. Whilst he has far better Barrister's on site with him, it's seems to be an ignorant & arrogant of him not utilising them. I'm sick tired of wasting good money on a disgusting undrinkable coffee. I fully believe he needs extensive retraining.

This Review is for The Coffee Club Runaway Bay QLD.We ordered the 2 chicken burgers $14.90 deal with a drink.After waiting 40min our order arrived.The bun was not the correct bun.The chicken was processed chicken.We called the manager and she proceeded to tell us that this is what head office sent.We asked why didn't we get told that it was not chicken breast fillet as advertised, she said the girl was to tell us.After she blamed head office.We spent $14.90 and no offer of a refund. We walked away very dissapointed and robbed.I had been a VIP member of Coffee Club for over 10 years untill they closed shops in our area, that was a big dissapointment. The last store we attended was Cessnock now closed.Head office needs to check on their franchisees after all it's the Coffee Shop name being damaged here.

The service we received from the Brisbane Airport Departure cafe was nothing short of horrible. The place was a mess to start; there wasn't a table clean to sit at, and most tables had half eaten meals (which should have been a sign). The staff were talking most of the time one was extremely unprofessional in her approach. We ordered nachos which in all honesty had a pinch of cheese, sauce slopped on in the middle.. it looked shocking. We asked the staff member who served us could they please put more cheese on, the response was it's not my fault it's the chef; the chefs response was just as bad. As we left they kept going sitting in a huddle chatting making sly remarks. I emailed HO and the response was sorry not good enough I talked to staff. I thought this company was reputable but when you have staff to the point of bullying customers with no real outcome it shows you why their review's are so low. Never again will I purchase from this company

Sick of the stained dirty cups at ocean keys Clarkson west Australia.Told them 3 times now bleach them. I like the place the coffee and staff but sort it out please. Wi bring my own mug but $5.50 is getting a little too expensive.

My sister and I did not have a great experience at the Coffee Club Victoria Point, not a very clean eatery, when I asked for the table to be cleaned the girl said I will get around to it, who wants to sit at a dirty table. The overall cleaning including whole tables and floor very poor it was grimey and not just grime for that day! The girl wiped the table and pushed the debrise onto the floor with the cloth. Our Chips where stale and cold and the coffee cold. Yes it was busy but not that busy! Cleaning obviously is not up to a good standard I wonder what the kitchen is like...Food Safety Standard I hope so. Reading other comments on here I guess it comes down to your management of your store franchise and how often you have inspections - dont blame COVID we are all over that excuse.
