Zack was really helpful in the Richmond store, I think we looked at 10 rugs in the end! The choice is diverse and they have lots of large rugs in stock, really nice quality, handmade in India and there's no glue in the ones we looked at.Thank you for being so fast and having lots of large rugs!

Chirstmas Savers! At 3:00pm I contacted Dotts Rugs & Furniture to say I needed an urgent rug replacement to match a damaged one. As I wasn't able to leave the team took photos to make sure it was the right colour and then was able to have it delivered before guests arrived at 5pm #Ultimateservice! Thanks guys!
