Avoid this place. Very shonky owner. Has no idea of what a warranty means. Rude and difficult to deal with. Bought a tailshaft through Ebay. It failed within 8 months. He wanted to charge extra to swap it for a replacement. Finally got it repaired for free but only after lots of phone calls and hassling.

A solid 4.5 stars, which rounds up.Peter will sharpen his pencil nicely if you are direct and clear in what you want. Stock to hand is quite broad.I came away with a reconditioned Ford Territory driveshaft that has Spicer brand yoke and serviceable U-joint. It’s been off-car balanced so will probably need a light touch-up on the hoist.From a tradesman’s viewpoint, the only thing I suggest on buying a refurbished driveshaft from here, is run your bolts through the CV flange a bit first, to clear out excess paint/grease. Takes just a couple of minutes.Would deal on a trade-to-trade basis happily again.

Purchased a reco tailshaft from here got sent a secondhand painted one with original uni joints, unbalanced with a poor quality centre bearing. Supposed to have a 12 month warranty but not worthy of fitting to car and they will not take it back and refund with no return contact to try and sort this problem, very bad way to treat a customer! not worthy of one star. BUYER BEWARE do not trust this company. I am now made to contact NSW Fair Trading to get my money back under Australian consumer law. Very dodgy and imposible to deal with

This man is a true professional, headed in to pick up a tail Shaft for My vehicle And he had it down to the spec. The Quality of the finish Was spot On And everything Was balanced too perfection. Definitely would be back for all My Future builds.

I was looking for a tailshaft for my Mazda van and B&Z were the only ones that had them, unfortunately it didn't match my van but they were trying to get the right fit for me regardless and trying to help as best as they could - recommend that you make sure all the measurements are correct and provided when you order an item and my feedback to the company is that they should be able to find the information by the vin number

Extremely unpleasant experience. Was told to come back at 5 to collect the part, just to arrive at 5 and wait another 4 hours for it to be finished. After all of that I was given my Tailshaft back assembled incorrectly. Wouldn’t fit. Had to take it back again and waited another 2 hours after being told ‘30 mins tops’Part was right after an extremely long EXTREMELY painful weekend wasted dealing with these guys, towards the end they were getting very aggressive about it (even though it was entirely their mistake)Communication is horrible.I’d go somewhere else.
