The blonde woman working at the photo kiosk is rude and very unhelpful. Needed assistance with my order but treated me as if I was an inconvenience.

Busy department store, it is easily accessible and close to the main entrance and taxi bay.Most lines are available, it is worth checking stock for the store via the website if looking for a specific item.Online click and collect orders can be picked up in store. They have a lot of self service checkouts which can have a large line during peak times, but moves quickly.

Kmart click & collect is such a waste of time. I ordered 14 items that all said they're in stock and the Kmart start have refunded 11 of those 14 items with the refund reason listed as Cancelled by customer request" which is clearly not true. What's the point of offering a click and collect service if they're not even going to bother looking for the items being ordered. This happens every time I place an order for delivery or click & collect."

the first thing you see when you walk in is clothes trashed all over the place (mainly only the kids section though), coat hangers everywhere, piles of clothes on the floor, the employees were nice though. Over all I think they really need to clean up in the kids section.

This store has hit rock bottom, worst customer service, no staff help all they do is hired to stock shelves and do the bare Minimum.And the Over weight security guard who thinks he’s a police officer running Kmart targetingYoung school kids and customers of all ethnic colours racially profiling them as thieves in the store.This store used to be great , would rather go outside of Morley to shop at another Kmart for nicer experience

Great job Kmart, their shelves were well stocked and people lining up to pay moved through fairly fast. Just went in to get a birthday card and they had a range with varying prices and had gift bags too. Friendly polite staff and the store had everything we were after.

Could you please be accurate with your opening hours, guys?? It says Open till 6pm here and till 5 pm at the store door. Change the open hours please! So frustrating to drive all the way down to see the store is close!
