Thank you so much DX Collectables for the amazing products and service!I placed an order for my Nephews Birthday present and not only did you have everything that I was looking for but I received my order quickly and in perfect condition. My Nephew absolutely loves his Demon Slayer Tamagotchi. Highly recommend DX Collectables!

Had a very disappointing experience with DX Collectables. Response time was excellent but that's really all I could speak to positively.TLDR: Had 24 booster boxes cancelled after almost 9 months of waiting for have to pay a 40-50% premium each to buy these boxes.I purchased 14 Darkness Ablaze and 10 Vivid Voltage booster boxes back in late 2020 when prices were very reasonable ($160 each) with DX Collectables. Months went on and I did not get any communication. Finally, I reached out and was told after almost 9 months of waiting that they had to cancel because of stock issues. I understand that they might have issues on the supply side but as a consumer, now I'm stuck with having to repurchase these booster boxes at a 30-40% premium each! I was given a 20% discount code for future products as compensation. 24 booster boxes just cancelled and I was given a chance to deal with DX collectables again? No thanks, save it, not worth your time.

I bought the Witcher Old World from their website and it arrived today in perfect condition. The postage was fast, the game was very well packaged and the price was highly competitive. Highly recommend DX Collectables!

Bought 2 board games as part of their birthday sale. They just arrived today and in pristine condition. They were packed very well and are legit copies. Communication was really good via Facebook chat and email. Would recommend and buy from them again!

I first learned of DX Collectables through a promotion being posted on Twitter. I found their website clean, organised and easy to access and use on my mobile device. Despite the promotion causing the website to be busy and stock to run out (not their fault) I was not impeded when ordering my items and the checkout system was familiar. I was swiftly able to finish my order. I would definitely use the website again and will keep my eye on it in the future.

Stumbled across DX Collectables via google when shopping for a particular item. Even with delivery the price was quite a bit cheaper than other stores.I messed up my order and the customer service was outstanding. Super quick and very accommodating.Thank you DX Collectibles.

Awesome shop, got my stuff out and shipped within a day of their massive sale. Big shout out to Nathan from customer service, was able to help me with my order when I picked the wrong thing and get it sorted and shipped right away.

Unfortunately, I would need to give them a bad review due their customer service even if it's highly responsive is also really rude. I asked for refund due I have been waiting from July without updates (6 months). I know the refund is being processed due I received the notification of cancellation but when I asked directly about an estimated time of refund, oh dear, they are not good answering questions.
