Steve has lots of advice to give and has a good range of wood for beginners to advanced smokers. His pellets for the pellet smoker have been particularly good. Big fan of the charcoal too, it's small but lasts much longer and produces a hotter heat than other brands I've used.

Food for our wedding was great, every guest was happy with the spread and quality of the food. Steve is genuinely a really nice hard working guy. He worked the whole day for our wedding preparing food, getting the food ready for service, assisting with pack up of left overs and cleaning up after himself. I have also bought woodchips and rubs from Ironwood smokers before, which were all great value for money and delivered quickly. Very happy with everything, thank you!
