I had got a haircut by Cindy today and it was wonderful... she was so nice and the cut turned out amazing

Staff are friendly, good with children, and welcoming. Plus they have PJ Masks and Paw Patrol on a tablet for the kids to watch while having their hair cut.But the quality of the haircut they gave my 8 year old son was *very* poor. Visible striping, tufts / missed patches, and uneven finish.During lockdown we gave our boys clipper cuts ourselves using a decent Wahl clipper kit, and achieved *much* better results than I paid Just Cuts for today. I'll have to clean the cut up myself later this evening.I'm very, very, glad I didn't get them to do anything more complex than a clipper cut. Will *never* be returning.

I have been using their service for 5 years. Staff has always been courteous, professional and skilful. Highly recommended.

Please do not take your kids there. They have no idea how to work with children, and end up traumatizing them. Never had an experience like this when the hairdressers know how to work with kids - especially kids with special needs. Now we have a horrible hair cut and my sons second birthday in a few days. Need to find somewhere else to do damage control.

My husband and I got a hair cut by Leesa for over a year. She is very skillful and professional hairdresser. She always did exactly what we want and never make us upset. We are very satisfied of her good cut. We definitely recommend our friends have a haircuts with her :)

Went to get a haircut as I haven't got my hair cut since 2020 so it was time for a change as my long hair was starting to become unmanageable. Went to Just Cuts as I knew they offered walk ins and other hair dressers required an appointment which is difficult for me to commit to due to my job, so walk in hairdressers are my go to. I've been to other Just Cuts before and had wonderful experiences and haircuts but this is one of the worst haircuts I've had done by a professional. I went from long hair, past my waist to a shoulder length bob. I told the hairdresser that I wanted a straight cut but she kept insisting that because my hair is so thick that I need to thin it down and texturise it. Because she is a 'professional', I trusted my hair in her hands, but after the haircut I was displeased with the results and just wanted to pay and leave. While getting my haircut, the hairdresser kept snagging on my earrings, which is not uncommon for me as i have many peircings, but usually when this happens, most hairdressers try to be careful when combing close to my ears. However, the hairdresser i had was not as considerate and kept snagging on my earring despite me telling her after the 2nd snag. The hairdresser also attempted to cut my bangs and I left with uneven and choppy bangs. After I got my haircut, I tried everything to style my hair but I just ended tying it up. Today, I went for a half updo and noticed that I have random sections of hair that is significantly shorter than the rest. I believe that these random sections of short hair came from the thinning scissors. I know that Just Cuts offer a 7 day guarantee cut but I got my haircut on the 11th Feb and was moving houses on the 14th so my primary focus was not on my hair. Currently, I don't believe that this is something that can be fixed unless I decide to go for a pixie cut or shave my head.

the lady charged me $42 for a quick men haircut about less than 10 minutes, no pre wash my hair or styling more hair nothing, just a quick and bad haircut for $42 ! she was in rush to kick me out to serve the other customers!

I have been using them for over 2 years now. Very happy with the service. Both my kids and I go for regular haircuts and hair blow dry/hairstraightening. Komal and Cindy are our regular stylist and they are professional, friendly and very neat with the job.
