Just had the most wonderful shopping experience here at Evans Shoes! A huge thank you to the lovely lady who served my Mum and I. Shannon, was so helpful, patient and kind! My mum and I love our new shoes, and would definitely recommend stopping by this store.

Spent 20 mins wandering around in store without being approached once. I was holding two pairs of shoes that I wanted to try on and purchase while the assistant was on the phone. Waited patiently until she got off, she was making an order I think, but then she proceeded to make another call without even acknowledging my presence. Another customer was also waiting by this stage. The woman finished that call and without even turning around picked up the phone again and proceeded to start dialing again! I left the store without saying a word and went and bought two pairs of shoes at Franks Footwear instead.

Amazing customer service. I prefer to shop online but I went in to buy a pair of Doc Martens that were the right size and the stuff did an excellent job of helping me find the perfect pair. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Huge thanks to Janine for such great service!!! I couldn't get into the store to see if I liked the boots they had, so she took photos of what she thought I'd like and sent them to me. Turned out they were perfect and I bought both pairs. Most comfortable classy boots I've ever owned and orthotics fit perfectly. Thanks again Janine, and all Evans Wangaratta staff, you're fantastic!!!
