Half raw and oil soaked chicken schnitzel , asked for it to be re done and was still no better. 6 meals and all were soggy oil soaked. We now know why they were pretty empty n other restaurants were packed. The North Lakes store is always delicious

OMG. Please tell me you didn't change your chips, or at least tell me it's only a temporary thing due to a stock shortage or something. Just came in to get my regular schnitzel and chips expecting to get the yummy amazing chips they have, only to be disappointed with these chunky pub style chips that are a tad over cooked and smothered in salt. My question why Chang something that was Soo good. Apart from that everything else was perfect service was good schnitzel was good just totally bummed out about the chips. May have lost yourselves a regular customer, idk still deciding.

We've ordered delivery through the app twice and won't do it again. On the most recent occasion (last weekend), the quoted 50 minute wait seemed excessive initially, but then food took the best part of 75 minutes to actually arrive, was cold and largely inedible. The delivery company subsequently provided a partial refund, but the restaurant has not responded to my direct online contact after a week.While we normally dine-in or pick up at restaurants to better support the business, COVID quarantine didn't allow in this instance. The free delivery promotion they were running will most likely have lost our custom rather than ensured it.It's a shame - Schnitz food is generally pretty tasty and dining in at the restaurant was an above average experience overall, but this most recent episode leaves an unpleasant after-taste.

Beautiful chicken parma, lovely crunchy fries and plenty of outdoor space for dining on a warm day. Friendly staff and a good selection of amazing options to eat. Also their wraps are brilliant

Ceasar Salad was fresh, but unfortunately cold unlike Grilld. Not what I expected but can't deny the quality of the food, was phenomenal. To be clear the salad is intended to be cold, with the chicken coming in a separate box. Eggs were quartered and the bacon is simply diced. A great, if more expensive, alternative to the carb and protein heavy GrillD Caesar Salad.

Went for dinner last night with a mate and ordered a corn crunch schnitzel which unfortunately didn't look quite cooked as in the photo. Mate's meal was also questionable however was mine was more noticeably pink. Asked the waitress who was nice enough if she could please return it to the kitchen, she brought it straight back out and said the chef had told her it was definitely cooked it has a slight pink 'tinge' from the crumbing.I repeated what she said back to her half out of confusion but also out of disbelief. She said I was free to go talk to the chef as she's not across this side of things. Left it on the plate and went over to dominos.
