Recently had rego check and a few repairs booked in, there was no courtesy call to tell me they needed my car another day nor one to let me know just what else needed repairing on my car and the cost of it so I could approve them to do the repairs before just going ahead with the repairs. Communication was terrible.

My wife Cherie took the car in for the regular general service on 22/1/2019. This is our first time at Beaurepaires Mayfield west. We had Full check over, topped up Fluid levels, Tyres suspension, clutch, road test, etc. We were surprised to see they only charged us $45 for the service these guys have provided. I am used to service/garage centres ripping me off but Beaurepaires you guys are next level and very honest, Thank you for your fair trading. Highly recommend you guys!

An older gentleman was able to match online's lower price, give me 4 for the price of 3! What great service! Plus they have really good after case service with free tyre rotation and wheel balancing every 5000 ks or 6m. Honestly as a younger female I'm pretty used to poor treatment by mechanics/fitters who assume I have no idea what I'm talking about. This was really refreshing and positive. Will be visiting again!

Absolute first class service for a set of tyres on my Calais wagon! Trent and the team at Beaurepaires Steel River are an extremely friendly and professionally run business. They make you feel at the forefront as a customer, and not just “another number” - which is rare these days. On top of that the price was great, the service was genuine and and the job was done quickly. They honestly can’t be faulted. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding attitude and customer experience. Communication, follow through and service was first rate. Way to go team Trent.I had a faulty/dead exide battery, the dealer I bought it from had closed down. Without a pause, they treated me as their valued customer. Trent proactively offered immediate attention and solutions. He organised a replacement to be dropped off to his workshop, when I indicated I was unsure how to disconnect (with car alarm attached) he immediately jumped in with a solution that had me on the road in 48 hours.What a fabulous team. I'm going to give their mechanic services a go and look forward to giving a second gold star review. THANKS AGAIN

Great and quick hassle free service. Excellent customer service. We realised the rego of our car was already expired. We called the beaurepaires at Mayfield as it was the nearest place for pink slip. Without any appointment, pink slip was done by 20 mintues. No any made up issues for making money. I would highly recommend this place for everyone. Keep up the great job guys!!

First class service, dropped in to get my brakes checked with no booking and within a half hour they had re bleed my brakes and I had confidence again to be on the road safelyHighly recommended this Team for all mechanical needsI will now be getting my car serviced with RoadSmart steel river from now on. *10 star service *
