I try to support local businesses. This food was really aweful. The fish , well I don't have words. It wasn't edible, literally you couldn't bite it. The chips were good but never again. I also ordered a dimmy and it was nowhere to be found

Ordered on Uber Eats, but to the wrong address. Tried to call the store but couldn’t get through. Ended up dropping in and the staff were very accomodating. Decent burger and crispy chips.

Food arrived 1.5HR later ….no communication about delay. I went to the store 1.15hr in to pickup food but they advised it had left 10-15 minutes before hand. I thought it would be back within 10 mins by the time I got back to my house however it wasn’t. I called up again and was advised the driver had 5 deliveries and my order was still on the way. Food came 1.5hrs from order and it was all cold…..and the quality …I’m shocked. Looks like a Aussie frozen burger from the supermarket.

Extremely disappointed!!The burgers had no sauce, no fillings or if there was, it was minuscule and was not worth the money. $14 for a cheeseburger with no cheese... so a basic overcooked bland patty on an oversized bun. Meat to bun ratio was atrocious. Thank God we didnt attempt a gluten free bun.We were disappointed in all our meals. Our girls refused to finish their meals or were unsatisfied. And the meals DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH CHIPS... they were an extra $9 per serveFor the price we paid and the quality of the dishes, we definitely paid more for their rent than their ability to provide an enjoyable meal.

Ordered pickup in Sorrento but order went through to Mt Martha. Sorrento shop said this has happened before. Contacted Mt Martha and they offered to deliver within 40 minutes. Took over an hour and order was cold. Ended up eating at 9.45 instead of the original 8.20 when we were due to pick up. Large order, over $150 so will never order from them again

Ordered through Menulog where it quoted time of delivery to be 30 min, upon placing order it jumped to 1 hour. I called store and was told it will there in 30 min I called store again after 50 min and the Indian lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. Terrible service

We were very disappointed by our experience.We ordered online (because the GIANT sign outside says to), after waiting 20 minutes we went in and asked where we go to pick up. The staff member then got very angry at us questioning us, saying “why would you order online when you could’ve come to the window and told me, I don’t have your order” we explained we just did what the sign said, he was so irritated with us. I was just stunned that he was being so rude and continued to chastise us for ordering online “this isn’t Covid! Why would you do that” when I told him there was no reason for him to be rude, he tells me “I’m not rude, I’m telling you what you should’ve done”The burgers were not good. Waste of $30. Horrible service, extremely rude and disrespectful.

Seen the reviews and tried to cancel order through uber eats but it arrived. Was very nice, fresh burgers, hot crispy chips and ice cold milkshake.
