I just want to say a big thankyou to “Amanda” who is the store assistant manager there. She is so amazing!No wonder why she is an assistant manager there. She explained all the beautiful pieces and recommended me lists for gift that I was going to buy. She was really quick turned around and brought pieces that I wanted. I spent more than I was expecting. She is the only person I will come back to purchase !

This year, we are looking forwards to adding to our collection of Swarovski Crystals so that we can decorate our Christmas tree with them. These Swarovski crystals provide a touch of elegance and sophistication.

Absolutely disgusting lack of service at this store.My fiancé and I went in and walked around the store until we saw two things in the cabinet that we wanted to purchase. We patiently waited for the 3 team members to be free for 10 minutes. Then two more staff members came out from the back room and stood next to us chatting away, not bothering to serve us standing next to them waiting. One of those then left and the other one, instead of finally greeting us, went over to her friends that had just walked in the door jumping on them and having a loud unprofessional conversation. We realised she still wasn’t interested in serving us so we went back to standing behind the blonde male waiting for him to finish with his customers. But once he did, rather that serving us when he had seen us waiting, he skipped over to the group of friends to join their conversation and try on bows in his hair, completely disregarding us.We then gave up and had to leave without the items we wanted to purchase.I’m a multi-site Manager for a large retail-based company and cannot fathom how anyone in a customer focused job could think that behaviour is appropriate. I would be ashamed to have people like that representing my company.

I was delighted & surprised by the efficient and caring outcome I received from the staff member I dealt with.She was charming, and charismatic. I had a broken piece of a beloved piece of jewellery, that wasn't old, but wasn't brand new either. I took it in for a repair, and they said they no longer did repairs, and replaced my bracelet on the spot.Coming from a customer service background, this impressed me no end. I was going to be happy enough with just a fix of the bracelet.Does it make me want to buy from the company again? YES!Great work team at Chadstone

What a wonderful experience, I went in with a ring I had purchased 6 months ago as it was discoloured to get some advice and the nice guy in there I can't remember his name he was at the Chadstone store replaced it with a new one... What a nice surprise he actually made my day so nice... Thank you

Very nice and helpful staff... definitely, makes customers go shopping with pleasure here and get back any time. Smoothly, you don't realize how you became a regular customer as well.

Was kinda disappointed with the customer service provided. Was introduced to Christina who was going to look after us. A forceful smile at start, no hello its like she didnt wanna serve us. Showed us few bangles, while we taking some time to think, she was like 'which one are you leaning on so that I can put the others away its like shes in a rush or wanted to get rid of us. No energy whatsoever
