Really satisfied with their service. Very cordial, attentive and caring staffs. I would continue with this center another year if my son wouldn't have to go to special needs school. Wish them all the best, always.

I have a bad experience with them. This is the reason why I withdrawal my children from center. bad service and bad attitude. make things worse, I have withdrawal my kinds during Jan 2021. They still took my money from my bank on 06/05/2021 without my permission. It is stealing! centerlink also send me message that center only claim that I withdrawal from them on 03/05/2021 so which means they still took child care subsidy from government for extra 3 month? My kids already withdrawal from the 26/01/2021!!never return! not honest!!return my money. This is stealing!
