I've been going to them for years, always fast, friendly, and reliable, and I love the new digs and the range of refurbished phones.

I took my iPhone 12 Promax to Essentially Mobile as it required a new battery. I received a call to say there was a chip in the corner of my screen and they recommended I pay for a replacement. I accepted their advice, paid the approximate $350 and collected my phone. The touch screen was unusable and the new" battery was flat after four hours. I received messages on my phone from Apple stating that my battery and screen were not genuine parts. What a surprise! I returned the phone to Essentially Mobile to be repaired under their warranty. That was a further waste of my time. The touch screen on my phone still does not work correctly. My battery is now flat after six hours. To say I am upset with the service would be a gross understatement. It is a disgrace. Essentially Mobile have “generously” offered a full refund but they take back the 'faulty battery' and the touch screen. Of course they cannot replace the genuine parts they removed or return my phone to the working order it was in when they received it. Do yourself a favour and do not go near this business. Use an Apple Authorised repairer. Essentially Mobile are Essentially a DISGRACE!"

Fast and easy ordering and delivery process of a refurbished Samsung tablet which arrived in excellent condition. I had a query about the product before ordering and Rob was quick to reply and answered my questions.

I recently went there to put a screen protector for my s23 ultra and my watch 5. I paid 100 bucks for both which is obviously very pricey. The screen protector on my phone started lifting from the sides so i went back in the afternoon and they replaced it. And it started lifting again. They advised me it was the case that didnt let the gel to dry and was lifting it up. So i listened to their advice and didnt put the case on for almost a day but the protector would not stick on the sides and now there is dust under the protector and it would not stick. This is very wierd because my s22 ultra with more curved screen had no issues and this one has a flatter display.No complains about the customer service. It was good but the protector is faulty and ridiculously overpriced for its quality. Now i cant enjoy my expensive new device fully because of this expensive screen protector has particles coming in the display from both sides.

Professionals with good communication.My samsung s20 had a broken screen.They repalced it with genuine parts and made it work like new.I wouldnt trust a job like that with other dodgy guys. Go for essentially are they are samsung authorised service centre.

Managed to get a broken screen on a less than 2 week old device, Pixel 7 Pro.Tried somewhere else more local to me, was told screens not available yet.Thought I'd try Essentially Mobile, bit harder to get to but heard good things about them.Called to see if screen could be sourced, was told yes and to drop device in, price was also reasonable.Unfortunately the day after dropping it in I got a call saying their supplier couldn't find the screen they were meant to have. Didn't hold this against EM as have been in the same situation where I work.They offered to keep looking for a screen and advise how they went, did say it could well be a week or two (thankfully I had my old phone to use in the meantime!).Got a call a few days later that they had found some screen and ordered and would advise when ready.Went in and collected device when ready, staff were friendly, screen looks good, device works as it did, and they managed to do it without having to do a reset.Excellent service, great communication and highly recommended.

Essentially Mobile save the day again!I have been a customer of John, Rob and their team for 15+ years.I had not needed to visit Essentially Mobile for 2+ years as everything had been working just fine (Until I dropped my phone and the fingerprint scanner stopped working and I cracked my screen).So I reached out to John and got my phone booked in for a repair.The staff at the front desk were helpful, polite and well presented.My phone screen was replaced and a complimentary battery replacement was completed at the same time.EM identified an issue with my charging port and sorted that out too.When I arrived to pickup my phone it was not quite ready, I advised I was on the school run and needed to pick up my son. They expedited the repair and I was able to get out of there on time to pick up my son.A big thanks to John and Rob and their wonderful team!Fantastic customer service and professional advice for 15+ years, you have a loyal customer here!(I'll be in contact to book my wife's phone in for repairs soon!)

The team at EM are amazing! I smashed the LED screen in my samsung flip, rang them, express posted the phone to them and they were able to fix it and have it mailed back out to me the next day. I would 100% recommend them for mobile repairs. Thank you so much guys. They took the stress out of the situation, made contact with me when needed and made the whole process as stress free as possible right before Christmas.

Recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 mini and could not be happier with the quality and price of this phone! I’d been wanting to upgrade for a while but couldn’t justify the price of a brand new iPhone. I’d brought refurbished iPhones in the past but not from this company.. but I was so impressed with the customer service and product itself. The phone was almost a third of the price of a brand new iPhone, was delivered within 3 days, with express shipping already included in the purchase, plus the iPhone is in mint condition. No scratches, marks etc and the battery health is at 100%. I ordered a screen protector to come with my phone purchase which they put on the phone for me! Love love love my phone, wouldn’t not buy a new iPhone again, better for the environment and better for my bank account, thank you!!!

Screen repair only took around 40 minutes, reasonably priced and friendly staff
