Very poor quality job, it’s take one and half half years from signed the contract to completed the house not even completed to access the house still inside and outside has lots of problem, they ignored us, treat us very badly, none of them speak with us nicely, very rude and bad attitude ,very poor communication, their attitude like they give us this house free. This house has lots of problems but they don’t want to fix, our main problem is air conditioning this air condition unit is very small doesn’t cover our house , in winter time it’s very hard to live without heaters, our hot water unit is small, but they don’t care, don’t feel sorry for us, cause they don’t think we are human, when we told them the problem they said we bought the air condition and hot water unit they just installed, which is totally false, even i sent them the contact paper where is saying air condition and hot water is included with this package, how came they said that we have no idea. They always say they are Masterton family, our next door builder is Masterton, their scaffold and fence in our property it’s been three months we moved our new house we can’t do the landscaping because of their scaffold and fence, we told Masterton and our builder so many times, just two days ago they moved the scaffold but fence still their, this is how they treating us. Last time when we post our review with photos in social media they threaten us for legal action but we didn’t remove the review two supervisor came to our house with agreement, they said they will fix everything but we have to remove the add, we trust them we signed, we remove the review it’s been two months we signed the agreement, now they don’t want to do anything even they don’t reply our email, now we have to spend more money we have pay property reporters to get a proper report so we can prove to court. i am highly recommended specially like us migrated think before you sign the contract and show your solicitor all the documents, once you sign the contract they don’t know you, but if you say something they will threaten you for legal action, we had seriously bad experience. This is my opinion from our experience, maybe someone has different experience different opinions.

We are first home builders, and we started to look into building with New Edge Homes after a recommendation from a good friend who built with New Living Homes twice and were happy both times. Looking back, it was the best building decision we've made.Right from the time we received our free first building layout draft, we knew NEH was the perfect fit for us. Its building design and philosophy was exactly what we were looking for: despite our challenging land configuration (it was a very narrow block), the layout was able to optimize the small spaces, there was sufficient lighting and ventilation in every room, and there were innovative solutions in the plan to ensure the final outcome didn't feel too tight. The pricing was perfect for our budget, as NEH was able to optimize the cost by providing basic features as standards, but with the flexibility to customize or upgrade (there were also features that we knew we wanted that came in as default in our package).I think what I loved the most about building with NEH was how responsive, transparent, flexible and helpful all the staff have been to us: from the Sales Team (kudos to Sandra!), to Colours (Cameron), Pre-Construction (Eric and Karen), and our Site Supervisor (Brendan). They were all able to deliver good quality work despite our own restrictions (our land was late to register and we were trying to meet the strict requirements of the different government grants) and the recent challenges faced by the building industry (covid restrictions, shortages and price increases in labour and materials, inclement weather, etc) - all the while keeping us informed, involving us in decisions, providing estimates on timings, and always doing their best to keep to their commitments.Thank you New Edge Homes for making our first home build an enjoyable experience!

This is Mohammad Haqe,( my job number 5005431)I built a house with New Edge Home ( Mastertone). Now I'm facing too many water leaking issues. I complain lots of times but it's not fix permanently. Still I'm facing same problem. I'm not sure how long facing this problem.

Very friendly staff and good collection of display homes available in Leppington/Willowdale/Oran Park/Gledswood hills and Emerald park areas.

From the first meeting we felt very comfortable with their representatives who discussed our requirements and budget with us and true to their word that is exactly what we got and within our budget. Everyone we dealt with from staff to their suppliers and trades were professional and we felt comfortable working with all of them. Special mention to our site supervisor Brendan, his help and support throughout the building process has been so very professional and truly wonderful, we are very happy with our New Home, I would highly recommend New Edge Homes for all of those who wants to get the best out of their Budget in building their dream homes with New Edge Homes. Our experience building with new edge homes was so smooth with no issues from signing contract to building everyone is so helpful the house was build as according to the final plan everything was done as per signed contract a big thank you to site supervisor Brendon Crocker who was very helpful and made smooth journey during building of our new house looking forward to build again with new edge homes in future again thank you again team new edge kind regards roshni and raj

From the start when we were going through the initial buy the team were fantastic as they helped us lot through out the steps of getting our plans and inclusions right. Where the nightmare started was after we took delivery of the house . The day we moved in was 40 degrees (Saturday) and to our surprise our aircon did not work, we called the building Supervisor and was advised no one would be able to come and have a look at the problem until Monday as they thought that the motor from Fujitsu has a defect and would need to be changed, but once the aircon guys came out we found out it was an error in the installation. We also noticed that the rain water tank was not connected, our lights in front of the house weren't done. Interesting part is I was called by the office to pay my last instalment 4 days before picking up the keys. Monday came around and all trades people came to finish the remaining work and just today our rain water tank which was connected 4 days ago ended up coming undone and water went everywhere damaging some of the landscaping. I honestly would not recommend New Edge Homes as the trades people they hire don't provide quality workmanship. The only worry for the future is what else will go wrong with the house.
