I dropped my clothes and towels here for the dryer only (I had washed them at home but wanted them dried to save time).When i collected them they were covered in green pen markings. My partner asked about it but it was denied that anything had happened (and even shown inside the dryer to ‘prove’ it wasnt them). Both loads of washing before and after the ones dropped here had no pen marks on them and there was no pen in the pocket of the washed clothes to explain a mistake.I wont be coming back here. Thankfully the pen marks came out but so much for saving time.

Third visit here our washing was totally mixed upwith another load. We had to sort out what was ours. Realised after a few days trousers were missing. Kept being fobbed off until I asked for compensation. This was refused. A small discount had been given for the mix up but as for my missing trousers nothing! Had to argue my case and still was refused. Owner waiting for return of trousers but three weeks later no return. No compensation. Now I need to buy a new pair and will never return. Do not recommend this business at all.Postscript: the owner did return my pants.

I was charged $25 for Wash, Dry & Fold. I had less than 5kg load of washing (small load of laundry). Although the sign in the photo is self explanatory that it’s $20. Couldn’t explain why I was charged the extra $5. Don’t recommend.

Not sure why there are so many one-star ratings. We’ve been coming here for six years and have never had items lost. Pricing is pretty consistently $25 a load for wash/dry/fold, though be aware that blankets or bulky items cost extra. Laundry is always immaculately folded and a quick turnaround even in really busy times. This laundromat has saved us in many a rainy week. They’ve done a fair amount of dry cleaning for us as well (including suits and delicate dresses, wool blankets), always good work.My only criticisms: opening times vary somewhat, as sometimes they aren’t open as early or as late as advertised. It’s also cash only.
