Great customer service !!. Had a little issue with one of my orders. Quick response and refunded the whole amount plus the postage. Will definitely reorder in the future .Wow. Got a nice surprise !! The company sent me another pair of shoes for free . I am beyond words . Thanks so much .

Wow. Didn't dispatch my order for 6 days, despite specifying same or next day dispatch online. When I very politely enquired after several days with no updates I received an unnecessarily snappy response from the owner, saying it was 'due' to be sent the next day (um, no, as per your own terms & conditions, it was 'due' to be sent several days prior. Poor form, poor communications and poor attitude. A simple, 'sorry, we're behind but it's on it's way' would have sufficed!

Have been shopping at Hoss for years. Great friendly service. Great choice of clothes & accessories and always go out of their way to get something in for you when your size isn’t in store!

Poor customer service and poor online returns policy. Will not purchase from here again. Written replies from staff were condescending and inappropriate. Just refund me and we're done!
