Preston attended my property and very professionally diagnosed the issue and offered two solutions. I chose one and he did the work, I cannot fault his professionalism.The job was completed in the time and within the 'over-the-phone' cost estimate. Well done and thank you.

I did a web search for TV repairers as my TV experienced a known fault requiring a board replacement. I received a call from True Blue offering to scam my home insurance. They offered to write a false report suggesting lightening damage. Some people don't seem to understand that this only drives the cost up. These guys are scammers nothing less.

Very nice friendly operator , however business model is very poor , can’t commit to a time to be seen then offers 2 hour window which could turn into 4 hours , plus communication was poor also

I was very happy with the service. They came out the same day and the technician tuned in my TV, DVD & Home Theatre and patiently taught me how to use it, and left notes. Very friendly. Very reasonable price. I would recommend A1 True Blue TV Repairs & Tune-ins to all my friends and relatives.

Be very careful when dealing with Preston.1)First incident two years ago got him out to connect Bose system spent an hour and told me it was not compatible. Charged me $140. I managed to get it going a few days later with the help of a mate.2) TV would not start, I thought it was a fuse or power supply that went, He came in as I started the TV the multi plug throw some sparks , I replaced it with another one and whala the TV started an booted up.I accept the has a call out fee but charged me again a $140. I refuse to pay as when I initially phoned the lady said the call out fee is $90 and I was prepared to pay that and the amount for a connector that cost$5 from Bunnings. Ended up paying $120. True blue my @ss , what a rip off. Wont see me again

If you’re looking for honesty and professionalism Preston is your man. I cannot fathom some of the 1 star comments and reviews written here about him. He is an honest man repairing tv’s.He told us exactly what was going on how it was to be fixed and how long it would take. He took our tv to his workshop to carry out the repair. Pick up and drop off just like he said. The call out fee $120 came off the price of the repair, just like he said.I would highly recommend his service and would use him again.Thanks again Preston

Great service! Television fixed and all set up again, for a good price. Came to house and gave an estimate, then took my television back to be fixed in the workshop - actually turned out to be cheaper than the estimation. They returned the TV within a few days, and all working great again. Very convenient, as they come to you. Technician who came out and receptionist on phone are very polite and was always filled in and updated about what was happening with my TV. A relief to get my TV working again and not have to get a new one, as the larger televisions like mine are quite costly to purchase. Thanks True Blue!

Great service - came out the same day and TV problem resolved. The technician dealt with my problem efficiently and made some suggestions as to the way my system could work better. He was very professional, well dressed and easy to talk with. Staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, and explained all costs upfront - which were very reasonable. I have taken this company's business card to display at my apartment building and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Very disappointed just from the $99 call out fee to simply give us a ball part quote, without even examining the TV. He spent longer sitting on my sofa, writing up the quote then he did examining my TV.I called a few guys over the phone who all quoted my approx $130 call out fee which included 1hr labour work to fully understand what the problem was..then give me a quote on spare parts and additional labour...Wish I had gone with them.Felt really ripped off at the end of it given that he could have actually given me the same estimated quote over the phone, without even looking at my TV as many of the other TV repair guys did free of charge.I agree with the other reviews for this guy!!.There should be some sort of consumer law against this!!
