If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, look anywhere else. As a buyer, Robert and Sean were completely unresponsive to my emails as I was looking to make an offer on 10/6 Punch Street. I turned up to the open home to discover it wasn’t open, no sold sign, and the tenants were completely unaware the property had been sold in the past 24 hours. Feel sorry for the seller paying these clowns commission for zero value add.

Holmes St Clair were the selling agents for the unit we recently purchased in Wollstonecraft. We found them to be professional agents who made the process smooth and transparent. We will look to use them as the selling agent in the future.

I’ve dealt with one of the best agents. Thank you Margaret Woo and Emma Bell in the Property Management team - I am impressed by your efficiency in preparing the ad and careful consideration of the open house timing. It literally only took two days to lease out my property - from open home, checking the applications to receiving the holding deposit. My experience was really satisfying. I take great comfort that the team is managing my properties with my best interests at heart.

I don’t even know where to start with Holmes St Clair. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.As a tenant, property manager Margaret Woo didn’t respond to multiple emails about concerns and repairs despite several attempts which ultimately led to us going to the tribunal and winning with financial compensation from the landlord. Any agency that doesn’t take tenants with mould issues seriously should be avoided. Sean St Clair Is also rude and dismissive and doesn’t appear to care much about his reputation as a business owner. He blatantly admitted that they were avoiding responding to my emails and concerns to avoid having any correspondence in writing for legal purposes. Despite meeting with him and the landlord, none of the necessary/urgent repairs were tended too under their direction. They were so unprofessional which ultimately caused our land lord to change agencies 3 months into our tenancy and need to pay us compensation. I have never before or after encountered anything like what I did with this agency. Seriously horrible experience.

Sean and his team were hard working, enthusiastic, honest, and extremely helpful with every aspect in selling our property. They have been very thorough with the entire coordination and professional through their service. He gave us feedback after each open home which is what anxious vendors want. He has great market knowledge and worked very hard to achieve the best price. We will definitely use Sean for our other properties and recommend him to anyone.

Very disappointed - for any prospective buyers or renters please avoid this agency if Margaret is the agent as she will be impossible to get in contact with.UPDATE: Extremely disappointed to see the response below from the director of the company. Clearly the customer is not the focus of this business. I am more than happy to provide my rental app ID as well as any emails or texts to back up my claims.
