I drove 25min to your studio in Brunswick today for a trial lesson and I was not allowed to even have a look at the class environment and My son is not comfortable by himself for the trial without my company. All the other classes like tennis, swimming, or dancing class allow parent supervision, why your studio policy doesn't allow this? Why is your organisation so secretive? When I made the booking, your staff didn't mention at all about this, and claimed that this is stated in your email. Where in your email states that parents cannot observe the trial class? I didn't find it. You obviously don't understand parents' feelings and children's feelings. You wasted my time and expectation. So disappointed!

My son loves YABC. His confidence has grown and every week he looks forward to his classes. Stage school are super organised, teachers are professional and engaging and the performances are outstanding.

They charge a huge amount as fees . When they they come up for a performance they show their unorganised way of the system .For my little son which is 5 and half’s performance is my dream as a parent . We have to wait till 9 am to make a ticket booking . It’s online and can’t see the seating arrangement. If we are unsuccessful for booking the tickets then we won’t get any tickets and we get only 1 ticket for the performance and we have to accept it .Am really disappointed about the ticket booking rat race . This is art . Not a rat race . There is a system for ticket bookings in this country . I dropped my son and waiting middle of the road for 2 hours to book the tickets .Make a proper system . Every parent is waiting to see their kids on the stage . Before you plan this performances must make a proper system of how parents book the tickets .From your side as an administration , you all must have responsibility for the parents who have a dream to see their little one’s performances .Please take this as a suggestion and do a bit more standard well plan method to book the tickets . Give 2 tickets to every child . Extra tickets can buy online . Make something more systematic .
