The experience endured with Barry Plant agents is one I will use for education purposes. The approach appears to be reactionary, waiting for buyers to find a house as opposed to proactively seeking to match buyers with prospective houses on the market. Additionally, there was an inability to accurately manage vendor expectations by stating, in the contract, an estimated sale price and then failing miserable to achieve an offer anywhere close. Do not expect constructive criticism or useful feedback from the sales team to assist in selling your property as identifying obvious items not particularly valid for property value is the preferred tactic, such as pointing out dust. I am sure they will happily collect the commission upon sale regardless of the price. One positive for the team was the constant communication.

I recently bought a block of land through Kieran and he made the whole process so easy. He was really helpful and patient and I instantly felt at ease dealing with him compared to a lot of other agents. Would definitely recommend him and Barry Plant Wallan if you’re looking for a real estate agent.

Worst customer service. Instead of using realestate application, they use their own dodgy malfunctioned one that isn't anywhere near as good. they want you to use the app, which requires a dumb phone, some ppl don't use that but they keep saying download the app. Many ppl even saying app doesn't work well.They are only messing themself up and sending interested buyers & renters to other locations. Their loss. Bad customer service, all they do is repeat the same APP" phrase they are taught in the indoctrination process. Barry plant are always a flop

In July this year we purchased our block of land from Barry Plant and I must say, the customer service was exceptional. Kieran was wonderful from minute one! As first home buyers, we were completely unsure of what we needed to do. But working closely with us, Kieran was thorough and patient. He gave us adequate time and wasn’t at all pushy. We are so grateful to Barry Plant for helping us in our journey as first home builders. Highly recommend their services!!
