Could not have been more happy with the customer service here.Not tradies, just a couple looking for a sheet of Reo for the garden.Dave" made us feel important from the time we engaged with him.Explained all the different types of reo and took us around and showed us the different styles and sizes and offered his suggestions based on experience.Once we settled on a 6m x 2.4m piece Dave offered us the use of their 900ml bolt cutters and we cut it up (with ease) to size in the car park.Dave then organised for the cut pieces to be delivered to our home as we didn't have a vehicle to transport the sizes we needed.So happy with the service.Well done DaveWell done Robot"

Customer service & warehouse staff always greet

Home Delivery so expensive. Can't use any size trailor due to strict overhanging laws. Exploitation at its finest. $175 for a 6min drive. I'd rather walk.

Very poor service.Delivery was a week late on both of my orders, with no communication. Timber was very ordinary, framing pine was badly bowed. Delivery service is a disgrace. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first disappointing order as I understand some business supply chains are severely disrupted during the COVID19 pandemic, but the poor customer service and poor quality materials after the second order has ensured I will never deal with them again

I can't recall ever dealing with a business so absolutely obsessed with their knock-off time, as you can see with their advertised hours. In turn, it's difficult to get much out of them in the last 45min or so as they are preparing to go home, so be there early if you are going to need anyone out the back to actually do something.

I had an excellent experience with robot trading today. A shout out to Junaid for he's quick response and excellent customer service skills.I made a request for quote at 8:17am and had an accurate written quote by 8:50am. Very happy guys. I've used robot numerous times and they always deliver the goods with great customer service. Thanks guys!

Advertise that they are open till 12:25 get there 12:20. Door close, staff inside still serving and completely ignored while standing out front. Then I walked around to see staff and was rudely greeted with were closed wanna go home. Terrible customer service would not recommend buying anything from this company. Get better service from bunnings.

The girl I dealt with I think it’s Bianca is extremely lovely, helpful and great at replying to emails. The guy I spoke to yesterday was rude, spoke over me and just not polite at all, prices are good and availability of stock great

Went in to order galvanised sheets for my garage. Help at the desk when I went in was excellent. Not rushed and very helpful for someone who knows very little on anything DIY.Was given a date for delivery (which cost about $130) and the material didn’t show up. Got given a second date - no show. A third date - no show. A fourth! No show.Called to have the order cancelled and money refunded and was kept on hold for over 20mins, which coincided with their closing time and I was immediately hung up on. Very disappointing.
