Got a screen replacement and the touch screen was horrible after that i had to throw my phone out. Dont recommend.

Tried to return a product that they didn't warn me that it will stop my phone from charging. There was no warnings or instruction booklet in their product either

Bought a portable charger from this place. Advised we needed to charge via ( micro usb and usb c ports)Sold us a portable charger that only works with normal USB ( for $120 when online they retail for $40) ???When we came back to swap they told us those ports are only for input and not for output charging, and no other companies sell those options. We then bought a one from JB HI FI for Half the price and double the charges.These guys are a huge disappointment.Will never return here again.

By far the worst customer experience. Charged $120 for something that is actually $40 Online. Once I open the charger it did not work when I took back they would not replace would not fix. Would not give a refund and simply offered a free one dollar charging cord to help. Do not recommend stay away. They are thieves

I took a screen protector for them to replace and they did it for free! Great service! Definitely would recommend. Thanks guys.

Got my Samsung S21 Ultra and iPhone 11 fixed here. Both repairs they did in 30 minutes. Very fast and trusted phone repairer.Store has a huge range of mobile phone accessories and I got covers and screen protectors from them. Both Phones are protected now !! Well Done Manav

I got a glass screen protector, and within a few days it had cracked and was horribly scratched. (The previous glass screen protector I had lasted a year.) The phone wasn't dropped or bumped that would have caused a crack. When I took it back I was told that it is meant to crack"....really disappointing and insulting. Avoid"

Just a bunch of crooks!! Stay away from them! Needed to fix my phone LCD Screen and told me that the price was $300 ( ridiculous amount actually ). So I had to place a deposit of $150 for them to order. Took a rapid 2 days for the order to arrive and than they told me that it's actually not the correct model that they've ordered so have to reorder again and here's the funny part, they told me that I have to pay another $150 to make another deposit. Why should I pay another $150 when it's their fault who wrongly ordered the LCD screen?? Told them that I wanted my phone and deposit back but they only gave me back the phone and refused to give me back the $150. So I actually reported this case to the police and have already advised that they'll be looking into this case. Hoping to see those 2 Indian crooks being penalised soon
