Hi there i did go to this store to see if i can find a bag that i can use every day but i did find one i did buy this bag but when i went home to chevk the bag it did not have the extra strap that will come with the bag i think i have to return this bag and get my money back or try and see i can exchange the bag for somtthing else in the store that i hope they can do for me at this time and thanks for time

Went there for bags and found the staff was enthusiastic. She told every one there about their promotion with proper manner while busy on checking out for customers. I end up with 3 bags. Beautiful products and lovely staff.

I visit this place regularly , I really like the store. But today while paying for the purse I had a last minute confusion, so I told I need to change it. She threw the purse in front of me, I felt that act highly disrespectful. Please teach your staff how to behave properly. I had already paid so me trying to explain that act would not make sense . I actually wanted to leave the store and go.
